**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage customer services operations, including handling incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Assist with filing and organizing documents to ensure easy access to information.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Handle customer service inquiries with a focus on resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Insurance billing
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in data entry and document management.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
- A customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to interact positively with clients and colleagues.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are critical for success in this role.
