**What’s the ask?**
For this 4-month contract, the Receptionist and Support Service Administrator will provide exemplary customer service for branch customers and manage external and internal mail.
**What you will do**:
- Greeting walk-in clients and prospects
- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Prepare, receive and distribute incoming mail
- Maintain supplies and front office manuals
- Receive and process client payments
- Retrieve and scan policy documents
- Support colleagues and management as required
- Back-up support for the mailroom
- Providing administrative support to other departments as needed
- Performing other duties as assigned

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
