**CAS Financing** leverages its **expertise in credit programs **to assist clients, ranging from securing **automotive financing** to **purchasing a vehicle** that aligns with their financial situation and needs. Throughout this process, CAS Financing guides them in adopting good practices to help them **build and maintain financial health**.

**Working Conditions**
- Full-time permanent position
- Day shifts Monday to Friday, one evening per week (until 8:30 pm), and one Saturday every month (10:00 am to 4:00 pm)
- 100% commission-based - 80K to 200K
- Full control of your deal's profit

**Responsibilities**
- Understand clients' financial situations and needs by asking relevant questions and listening attentively through phone consultations
- Recommend suitable financing options based on clients' situations
- Qualify clients for financing by submitting their profiles to partner banks
- Provide accurate information about different models of used cars that meet the client's budget and requirements
- Enter data into the CRM system and Dealertrack
- Collaborate with the team (F&I and Car jockeys) to finalize transactions and ensure smooth vehicle delivery to clients

**Qualifications**
- Minimum experience in sales or the credit and financing field
- Experience in vehicle sales is an asset
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Knowledge of any other language is an asset
- OMVIC certification an asset, training provided if you are not certified

**Conditions de travail**
- Poste permanent à temps plein
- Horaire du lundi au vendredi de jour, un soir par semaine (jusqu'à 20h30) et un samedi par mois (10h à 16h)
- 100% commissions - 80K à 200K
- Plein contrôle sur le niveau de profit de tes ventes

**Responsabilités**
- Répondre aux demandes de renseignements par téléphone, par courrier électronique ou en personne de manière rapide et professionnelle
- Comprendre les besoins et exigences des clients en posant des questions pertinentes et en écoutant attentivement à travers les consultations téléphoniques
- Recommander des options de financement adéquats selon la situation des clients
- Qualifier les clients au niveau du financement
- Fournir des informations précises sur les différents modèles de voitures d'occasion disponibles répondant au budget et exigences du client
- Effectuer l’entrée des données dans le CRM et Dealtrack
- Collaborer avec l'équipe (F&I et hommes de cour) pour finaliser les transactions et assurer une livraison sans heurts des véhicules aux clients

**Qualifications**
- Minimum d’expérience en vente ou dans le domaine du crédit et du financement
- Expérience dans la vente automobile (atout)
- Permis de conduire valide
- Maîtrise de l'anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit
- Connaissance du français ou tout autre langue est un atout
- Certification OMVIC est un atout, sinon nous vous offrons la formation
