The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and directing the sales and finance team to meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and direct the sales and finance team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Train, motivate and coach sales staff to achieve their goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Ensure all customer inquiries are responded to promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions
- Work closely with the finance and service departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide feedback and recommendations to senior management on improving sales processes

**Requirements**:

- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of automotive financing and leasing
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Base pay plus comission
- Vacation pay.
- 300 Pre-owned vehicles on the lot.
