Key Responsibilities:

- Gain a deep understanding of clients' unique needs and concerns to provide exceptional service and ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Cultivate enduring relationships founded on trust and integrity, fostering long-term customer loyalty.
- Deliver precise, valid, and comprehensive information about each vehicle using established methods, conducting test drives with clients to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Adhere rigorously to all communication procedures and industry guidelines, including but not limited to OMVIC and MVDA standards.
- Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, employing established tools to organize and securely file relevant documents.
- Exhibit strong multitasking abilities, effectively prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently to meet and exceed sales targets.
