KCA Overview The Knowledge Center of the Americas (KCA) serves as a dynamic hub for Egon Zehnder in North America, bringing together members of functional, support, and administrative teams. KCA team members collaborate closely with colleagues based in all of our offices around the world, but most specially in US and Canada, across a wide range of projects and business mandates, driving efficiency and innovation. As part of a global network, KCA works alongside the Knowledge Center in Budapest (KCB) and the Knowledge Center in India (KCI), which provide dedicated support to teams in their respective regions. Together, these Knowledge Centers strengthen our organization’s ability to deliver excellence worldwide.

**Requirements**:
What You’ll Do
- Establish and maintain key office operations
- Administrative support for the day-to-day office operations including receive and welcoming visitors, receiving and routing all telephone calls, sorting and distributing mail, etc.
- Coordinate and liaise with vendors including caterers, snack and beverage vendors, building maintenance personnel, security personnel, etc.
- Manage initial office set-up and potential build-outs and expansions in coordination with leadership
- Ensure all kitchen, conference rooms and common areas are clean and in order
- Maintain inventory of all office and kitchen supplies and ensure items are well stocked
- Ensure seamless operation of office equipment as well as maintenance
- Oversee logistics for all local office new joiners and leavers (all functions), including space planning, IT coordination, office coordination, bios/photos, etc.
- Manage office budgets and expense reports
- Work closely with internal accounting on A/R, A/P, internal charge-backs, etc.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Previous experience in office management, accounting or administrative function preferred, ideally within in a professional services firm.
- Organized multi-tasker: able to manage multiple projects with set deadlines as time management, pattern recognition, prioritization, diligent attention to detail and judgment are critical in this role.
- Resourceful problem solver: ability to work in ambiguous environments and comfortable with the unknown, as well as work well under pressure, solve problems.
- Self-starter: highly motivated, excellent work ethic and self-assured, not easily thrown, able to think on your feet.
- Entrepreneurial spirit: Adopts a resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset. Thrives in fast-paced environments by leveraging creativity and adaptability to overcome constraints and drive results, even with limited resources.
- Strong communicator: exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written). Ability to interact professionally with executive stakeholders and colleagues alike. Natural collaborator: desire to help foster and preserve a company culture where all are welcome, included, and given the opportunity to succeed. Collaborative team player, with a track record of maximizing the team as well as individual performance.
