Administrative Assistant

**What you will be doing**:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including opening and closing files, performing conflict searches, drafting routine correspondence, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, etc.
- Review Will and Trust documents.
- Prepare routine documents including Affidavits of Execution, Indexes for Estate Briefs, etc.
- Compile and bind Estate Briefs in hard copy and electronic format.
- Liaise with clients, lawyers, and other external parties as required.
- Organize and maintain files and documents.
**What we need you to bring to the position**:
- Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience gained at a law firm.
- Completion of a post-secondary Legal Assistant or Law Clerk program.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
