Telecon is looking for an energetic and career minded individual to take on the position of Project Administrator with our growing team.

This full-time, hybrid opportunity allows for working from home as well as out of our Vaughan office location 3 days per week.

As Project Administrator you will be responsible for monitoring project progress, tracking and validating all data related to projects, preparing weekly client reports and coordinating all activities including but not limited to preparing quotes, triggering invoicing and tracking payments to ensure timely billings and cash flow.

**YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:

- Monitor the progress of projects, tracking milestones and identify any areas of risk or concern
- Collect all data relating to the project(s) from internal departments and validate the accuracy of the data provided
- Work closely with the Project Construction Team on a daily basis to track and ensure deliverables are met as it relates to the project(s)
- Prepare reporting on key project metrics and reporting on other data associated with the project(s)
- Materials Coordination; ordering material through the client and working with the warehouse department to track orders
- Receiving, coding and verifying of invoices related to the project(s)
- Preparing change orders as required
- Any and all other duties as assigned in order to meet Company objectives.

**THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES**:

- 2 to 3 years of Project Administrator experience, preferably in the Construction industry
- Experience with project tracking, purchase orders and invoicing
- Experience with budgets, costs and profitability analysis
- Computer literacy in Windows, Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Intermediate level Excel skills required
- Knowledge of Access an asset
- Proven time management skills with the ability to set priorities and meet objectives
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work and focus on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with an upbeat attitude
- Dynamic, good communication skills and able to maintain excellent relations with peers, customers and internal resources
- Organized, self-disciplined, reliable and capable of evaluating the workload and obtaining cooperation from other departments
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Resourceful, adaptable, high integrity, self-starter.
