Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Administration Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project coordination, with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Job Description

Project Administration Officer:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Resolve conflict situations.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A college or CEGEP diploma.
  • 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and project management software.
