**OVERVIEW OF POSITION**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**_ Office Administration:_**
- Organize and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Ensure office cleanliness and organization, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment
- Handle general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Maintain the FOB Key system and control access permissions.
- Other duties as required

**_ Human Resources Support:_**
- Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
- Onboarding: preparing onboarding packages, ensuring completion of necessary paperwork and helping with orientation
- Assist with maintaining employee records, including personal information, attendance, and benefits enrollment
- Help coordinate employee benefits, RRSP, performance reviews, and training sessions
- Support payroll administration by providing necessary documentation and data
- Assist with organizing employee engagement initiatives and events
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and health and safety regulations
- Other duties as required

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- 1-2 years of experience as an office administrator, HR assistant, or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge of HR practices, including recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations is a plus
- Experience with RRSP enrollment and benefits administration is an asset
- Familiarity with ADP or similar payroll software is considered an asset
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team

**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**:

- This position requires successful completion of a clear background check prior to start date
- Required to be flexible on work schedule to meet business needs of all shifts
- Our operations facility is a **_20-minute_** walk to transit
- In Office position
