Business Development Client Relationship Manager

You will be the voice of the client within Express Scripts Canada, and will be responsible for the various activities that guide the design, development, and management of our pharmacy network client accounts.
As an account manager, you will establish and maintain strong client relationships that enable rapid dissemination of important information and insights regarding our client feedback, consultative offerings, technology products, and other client-centric solutions. In this role you will identify new business opportunities and make recommendations for projects and improvements to meet client expectations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Accountable for new project delivery by demonstrating a high degree of independence and ownership of projects
Managing network clients and related reporting, the Client Relationship Manager proactively reviews performance metrics to promote client satisfaction, profitability, and retention.
Develop a deep understanding of our network clients and processes
Lead internal meetings to ensure cross-functional collaboration and attention to detail throughout the project process in order to meet expected timelines and quality standards.
Responsible for the coordinated efforts in operational issue resolution associated with ESC core services.
Work with reporting analyst to create and send value added reports to clients; ability to summarize and data in visually appealing presentations to influence decision making
Work with IT to develop projects benefitting clients
Assist with collection issues; understanding of invoicing & collections claims administration understanding
Meet with clients as on a routine and ad-hoc basis
Some travelling involved ( up to 5-10%)
**Qualifications**:
University Degree in Pharmacy, and licensed pharmacist strongly preferred
3-5 years of relevant Account Management and/or Client relationship management, and/or Communications experience
Bilingual English and French considered an asset.
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required**:
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills; identify process improvements.
Ability to negotiate, lead others, organize, analyze and interpret information
Responsiveness, relationship building and accountability
Knowledge of the healthcare and PBM industry preferred; claims administration understanding
Demonstrated ability managing projects, utilizing proven project management processes.
Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and to resolve issues with the highest sense of urgency.
Strategic mindset.
