**Job Summary (Primary purpose of this Role)**:
Reporting to the Head TSM Change Enablement, the Senior Manager, Business Office, Communications & OCM is responsible for supporting the vision and mission of the TSM Business Office & Communications team, including: Delivering/consulting on TSM communications (internal, ETS AND Manulife, stakeholders). Infusing the organizational change management (OCM ) capability into TSM major projects and initiatives. Building relationships, and support deliverables, across ETS and Manulife to help drive alignment in operational excellence and education/awareness to TSM’s vision and priorities. Leading all branding/marketing/upskilling initiatives in TSM. Facilitating horizontal efforts to drive process efficiencies within TSM. Supporting the Senior Leadership team on a variety of strategy and tactical fronts.

This role will work closely with TSM Strategy & Transformation to provide input and drive the global operations and infrastructure strategy and aid in developing standard tools and processes.

**Key accountabilities include**:
**Communications**
- Communications (Strategic & Tactical) supports the Director in crafting and executing on the annual TSM Communications Strategy.
- Assists in the preparation and delivery of executive presentations to various audiences (senior management teams, business and technology partners and GTI employees)
- Contributes to the upkeep of all TSM social media platforms, primarily the TSM Yammer website.
- Helps in the development and publication of blog posts, videos, and written communication to all employees.
- Works with the Director and team on conceptualizing, planning, executing, and debriefing on all TSM events, including the Annual Summit, Town Halls and other misc. events.
- Supports the Director in providing senior management with timely updates on project/initiative issues and manages communications including status reports.
- Leads the resolution of complex conflicts/issues and escalates as deemed appropriate for timely resolution.
- Helps establish operational objectives and functional policies through the membership in on -going committees.
- Seeks out industry trends and organizational knowledge to understand alternative approaches / solutions that can be used within TSM.
- Helps in the resolution of ambiguous situations and provides direction and clarity to the team and stakeholders within TSM deemed appropriate for timely resolution.

**Organizational Change Management**
- Supports the delivery of TSM change initiatives while helping employees through the process, and keeping them focused on business priorities.
- Manages the documentation and upkeep of artefacts (e.g., change management plans and communications) related to people
- impact initiatives.
- Strategizes with the Director and team to proactively anticipate any challenges with staff that would impact progress on TSM goals.
- Seeks out industry trends and organizational knowledge to understand alternative approaches / solutions that can be used within TSM.

**Stakeholder Relationship Management**
- Effectively communicates and builds rapport with team members, stakeholders, and interface groups across ETS using a variety of techniques and collaboration from initiation to close.
- Responsible for all TSM people operations reporting (i.e., HR moves into, within, and out of TSM ) and work with TSM Business Operations team on finance issues.
- Interacts with senior management (IT infrastructure, Operations, Applications and Segments) on the full range of matters related to team responsibilities within TSM.
- Supports complex group meetings (including business partners ) for decision making, problem solving, implementation and strategic planning for TSM

**Branding, Marketing and Upskilling**
- Supports the overall branding of how TSM is presented visually to ETS and Manulife.
- Helps with conceptualizing, strategizing and executing on an annual marketing strategy for TSM.
- Leads in researching and developing best
- in - class templates for written, visual, and video presentations/materials.
- Ensures TSM employees have easy, self-serve access to templates for written and visual materials.
- Point person in TSM for ETS upskilling initiative, tracking training/travel spend and new skills/roles.

**Process Efficiencies**
- Works with TSM pillars to identify areas of process efficiencies, within each pillar, across pillars, and across ETS and Manulife
