**Valsoft Corporation is looking for a talented, versatile, and passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Montreal**

**The team**

The multinational talent acquisition team works closely with business leaders and the human resources department. We are a hardworking, dynamic, and ambitious team driven by results. This role is reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources based in the Montreal office.

**What your day will look like**:

- Able to manage the full cycle of sourcing and recruitment using advanced techniques and best practices that include the recruiting and selection process (creating, and updating job descriptions, screening resumes, telephone interviews, onsite/virtual interviews, creating and extending job offers and company branding)
- Partnering and building relationships with the leadership and HR team to identify and support hiring needs
- Monitor and track recruitment metrics and report to senior management as required
- Foster continuous improvement with team members and stakeholders through engagement and satisfaction mediums as a driving force for success
- Coach and support Hiring Managers on interview techniques
- Able to create job postings in English and French (translations if required)
- Work with agencies for hard to fill roles
- Support Campus recruitment and attend local career fairs
- Potentially Manage and/or mentor others
- Initiating background and reference checks as required
- Other job duties as assigned

**About you**:

- University degree or equivalent in a related field; Human Resources, Business, Marketing or Communication
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR role
- Used to working in a high volume, fast paced recruitment environment and meet KPI's related to time to fill
- Knowledgeable and up to date with Talent market trends and changes
- Experience working with finance and/or M&A stakeholders preferred
- Must have experience using platforms such as GreenHouse or other similar ATS platforms
- Advanced skills with Boolean searches using platforms such as LinkedIn, Google etc.
- High level of talent acquisition and business acumen
- Ability to prioritize business needs to facilitate the best decisions for leadership in an environment of ambiguity and rapid change
- Self-starter, able to work both independently as well as an active member of both business and HR department
- Experience working closely with higher level management
- Excellent communication skills in English and French both written and verbal
