Ashfield Engage Canada is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter that is responsible for the full recruitment process for all allotted open roles and works closely with the rest of the Talent Acquisition North American team for a smooth process. The Recruiter is an Ashfield Engage Ambassador in recruitment who will play an important role in finding and attracting talent into the business. The Bilingual Recruiter is reporting to the Senior Director Talent Acquisition of North America.

Key Objectives:

- Recruitment lead on program launches and client touchpoint meetings
- Lead on recruitment KPI tracker updating weekly and presenting to managers
- Coordinate the post-interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materials
- Provide on-going feedback to stakeholders of the recruitment process
- Support the Recruitment Team in implementing new recruitment processes
- Assist Director, Talent Acquisition for internal recruitment trainings
- In charge of updating question banks
- Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in the recruitment process

Job Holder Specification:

- A minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment or sales
- Must have a bachelor’s degree
- Fluently bilingual French and English (oral and written) is a must
- Excellent customer focus, able to identify opportunities and potential risks
- Self-motivated, energetic and passionate individual; likes negotiation and at times ambiguous situations
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, must be able to work on multiple projects at the same time
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Solution driven with attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external business units
- Proven record of driving results
- Strong Business acumen
- Good understanding of customer needs and relations
- Adept to working in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literacy
- Embraces and fosters company values and company policies and initiatives
