**Talent Acquisition Specialist**

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2-3 years of experience in IT, to play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and requirements.
- Provide support in the onboarding process for new hires
- Support in the creation and maintenance of talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

(ATS) (BambooHR).
- Participate at industry events, career fairs, and networking opportunities.
- Work closely with senior Talent Acquisition Specialists and Hiring Managers to understand IT hiring needs.
- Collaborate on projects to improve recruitment processes and contribute to the overall success of the talent acquisition team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically within the IT industry.
- knowledge of IT roles, skills, and industry trends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Bilingual

Responsabilités:

- Travailler en collaboration avec les responsables du recrutement pour comprendre leurs besoins et exigences spécifiques en matière d'embauche.
- Fournir un soutien dans le processus d'intégration des nouveaux employés.
- Générer et analyser des métriques de recrutement de base et des rapports.
- Soutenir la création et la maintenance de viviers de talents pour les besoins actuels et futurs en matière de recrutement.

Qualifications:

- Diplôme universitaire en ressources humaines, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
- 2 à 3 ans d'expérience en acquisition de talents, en particulier dans l'industrie informatique.
- Connaissance des rôles, des compétences et des tendances de l'informatique.
- Solides compétences interpersonnelles et en communication.
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et rapide.
- Bilingue.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
