As a Bilingual Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist (French/English) at EXP, you will be responsible for executing strategic sourcing plans to create talent pipelines for technical and professional engineering staff. In this role you are skilled at mining talent pools, navigating employment landscapes, and executing web and social media campaigns in the hunt for the right talent. This position will work as part of a North American team of recruiting professionals with a focus on finding talent and filling positions across Canada and the United States, and in particular within the province of Quebec. The role can be located at any of our offices in Quebec, New Brunswick or the Maritimes or remotely.

**What you will be doing**
- Participate in full-cycle recruitment including:

- Partnering with business leaders and HR Managers to develop job postings
- Creating sourcing strategies
- Establishing and developing interview questions, pre-screening applicants as well as participating on interview panels
- Conducting reference checks and negotiating terms of employment agreement
- Identify emerging recruitment trends and provide recommendations for innovative search strategies
- Develop and foster strong relationships with internal hiring managers by leveraging excellent communication skills
- Maintain all supporting recruitment records
- Other duties as assigned

**What we are looking for**
- 1-3 years’ experience specifically in construction, engineering, or in a technical recruitment capacity
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or any related degree
- Bilingual English / French is required
- A keen sense of organization and problem-solving
- Proven track record working in a high-volume recruitment setting
- Prior experience in a third-party staffing firm or agency (preferred)
- Experience with an applicant tracking system (Oracle Cloud Preferred)
- Experience with Campus Recruitment cycles (preferred)
- Ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels: with peers, managers, hiring managers, our HR team and at the leadership level
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong research, networking, and sourcing skills
- Full-cycle recruitment experience
