**Overview**

Our Talent Acquisition Manager ("TA Manager") is the single point of contact for all recruiting activities within North America, partnering with senior leaders for a large North American business unit and leading a team of on and offshore Talent Acquisition professionals. The TA Manager will be a working manager who also carries a small load of open requisitions.

**Responsibilities**
- Act as Talent Acquisition advisor to senior leadership, hiring managers and other business partners, providing superior service and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Collaborate with the business and NAM CPO to develop recruiting strategies and programs to compete in a high-volume staffing environment
- Supervise and manage recruiting workflows and provide your team direction on prioritizing hiring needs
- Ensure process and approvals are adhered to and maintained
- Build and drive targeted recruiting campaigns using traditional and alternative channels
- Monitor applicant tracking system/reports in iCIMS to ensure focus and priorities are maintained
- Share results of weekly and monthly recruiting reports -interpret data/trends and translate to the business
- Collaborate with Director of Talent Acquisition to tailor recruiting strategies based on productivity and success metrics
- Establish trust and confidence by maintaining a high level of credibility, integrity, and professionalism
- Be an effective leader and mentor to the Talent Acquisition team, encouraging focus on delivery and results
- Fill requisitions in a timely manner, both through individual recruiting activities and managing the Talent Acquisition Team
- Serve as an expert to immediately identify problems or gaps with recruiting processes and/or individual searches

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Bilingual in French and English is strongly preferred as this is a global role
- 5+ years of High-volume recruiting experience with minimum of 2 years talent acquisition management (direct management of 4 or more people)
- High Energy
- Prior experience recruiting both blue and white collar professionals
- Proven success developing targeted sourcing strategies aligned to geographic region and market
- Well networked in local geography
- Professionally savvy, perceptive person with excellent communication skills capable of relating to individuals at all levels while exhibiting the ability and flexibility to work in a high volume recruitment environment
- Ability to balance competing priorities and be successful in a fast paced, rapidly growing environment
- Analytical, organized, problem solver who is driven by business results
- Proven track record of motivating team members
- Willing to work in the Montreal office four days per week
