**Responsabilités**:

- Gérer le cycle de recrutement complet pour les réquisitions assignées et définir les stratégies de recrutement qui s’y rattachent;
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les partenaires d’affaires en ressources humaines et jouer un rôle-conseil avec les gestionnaires embaucheurs afin de comprendre leurs besoins en talents à court et à long terme, et bâtir des stratégies de recherche de talents qui répondent à ces besoins;
- Représenter la compagnie et participer aux activités de recrutement et de réseautage afin d’accroître la notoriété de la marque employeur au Canada;
- Contribuer aux stratégies de gestion des talents dans les universités par le développement et l’exécution des programmes, tels que les stages. Développer des relations durables avec les universités et animer l’image de la marque employeur dans les événements universitaires;
- Contribuer à l’amélioration des processus et des outils liés à l’acquisition de talents et être à l’affût des meilleures pratiques de recrutement, des tendances, et des activités du marché et de l’industrie;
- Participer activement à des projets liés à l’acquisition de talents.

**Qualifications professionnelles**:

- Baccalauréat en administration des affaires /ressources humaines, en marketing ou dans un domaine connexe ou un minimum de 4 ans d’expérience pertinente en recrutement, dans un environnement d’agence et/ou corporatif;
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication (maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral);
- Maîtrise d’outils technologiques utilisés dans le recrutement (ICims, Linkedin, Workday, médias sociaux, etc.);
- Maîtrise de la technique d’entrevue comportementale;

**Compétences et aptitudes**:

- Autonome et capable de travailler avec peu de supervision directe dans un environnement extrêmement rapide;
- Solides compétences en matière de communication, d'organisation et de négociation;
- Capacité à conseiller et influencer des parties prenantes de différents niveaux hiérarchiques;
- Intérêt marqué en recherche de talents proactive et en réseautage; habilités démontrées en sourcing;
- Esprit d’initiative et créativité en matière de techniques et de stratégies de recrutement;
- L'attention portée à l'amélioration continue et à la capacité d'apporter une valeur ajoutée au processus global d'acquisition de talents;
- Aptitude démontrée à travailler dans un environnement matriciel, dans une industrie dynamique où les activités se déroulent à un rythme rapide;
- Aptitude à forger et à entretenir des relations d’affaires, et aptitude au travail d’équipe;
- Sens des affaires; au fait des activités du marché et de l’industrie;
- Approche axée sur les résultats et les indicateurs de performance;
- Capacité à être un excellent ambassadeur de la compagnie.
