We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented _Benefits and Leave Coordinator_ to join our Human Resources team. This role plays a key part in ensuring our employees' leave and benefits are managed accurately and efficiently.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administer and track employee vacation, sick leave, and other types of leave.
- Maintain and update employee leave balances and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist employees with understanding and accessing their benefits, including health, dental, and retirement plans.
- Process leave requests, including FMLA, medical leave, and personal leave, in accordance with legal and company guidelines.
- Coordinate with HR leadership to ensure seamless integration of benefits and leave data.
- Communicate with employees about leave balances, approvals, and benefit-related inquiries.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of leave usage and benefits enrollment.
- Prepare and send out leave-related documentation to employees as required.
- Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate pay for employees on leave.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all privacy regulations related to benefits and leave data.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required).
- 2+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on benefits and leave management.
- Strong understanding of benefits programs and leave laws (e.g., FMLA, ADA).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (experience with HR software is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

**Position Details**:

- **Salary**: $50,000 per year
- **Location**: Hybrid (2 days in the office: Tuesday and Wednesday; 3 days remote)
- **Work Hours**: Monday to Friday, standard business hours
