Administrative Assistant Manager

As an integral part of our office, you'll engage in various tasks such as proactively reaching out to potential clients, ensuring a warm welcome to visitors, managing deliveries, and handling incoming calls. **Responsibilities**:
- Keep records updated and maintain well-organized spreadsheets.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Interact professionally with clients, brokers, and other real estate personnel.
- Database Management: Maintaining and updating the database of properties and clients.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinating property showings, meetings, and appointments for real estate agents and clients.
- Document Preparation: Assisting in the creation and preparation of contracts, leases, and other real estate documents.
- Client Communication: Interacting with clients to provide updates, answer inquiries, and address their concerns.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining organized files and records of real estate transactions, including contracts and financial documents.
- Marketing Support: Assisting with the creation of marketing materials, including property listings, brochures, and online advertisements.
- Financial Transactions: Collecting and processing client fees, tracking payments, and assisting with financial documentation.
- Property Research: Conducting market research and gathering information on properties, neighborhoods, and market trends.
- Office Administration: Performing general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office supply management.
**Salary**: $19-25
**Benefits**:

Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts.
- Monday to Friday availability.
- Willingness to work weekends when needed.
Supplemental pay types:

**Education**:
- College or University
**Experience**:
- Previous administrative experience in real estate.
