**The opportunity**:
**The qualifications and experience we’re looking for**:

- Completion of a formal training program in a related discipline from a recognized institute is required.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Related administrative professional development preferred.
- Three years of directly related experience is required.
- Experience at the UM in an administrative position is required.
- An acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Excellent professional communication skills (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills required.
- Excellent initiative, problem-solving and research skills required.
- Must be able to plan, organize, coordinate, prioritize, and perform efficiently to meet deadlines under time pressure and changing workloads.
- Demonstrated proficiency in providing meeting support required.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft 365 teams, and other software's (Zoom and Adobe Pro) required.
- Must have a good understanding of all faculty programs and a strong understanding of the graduate programs.
- Must be able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner required.
- Ability to set up hybrid meetings required.
- Basic knowledge of Aurora Student and Concur is an asset.
- Satisfactory work record, including satisfactory attendance and punctuality, is required.
