** Your Role**: As our Sea Logistics Process Excellence Specialist you will manage the process excellence function including all the related activities of process analysis, project management, supporting with documentation and business process modeling. Your focus will be on constantly supporting our teams by seeking opportunities for process improvements to positively impact productivity and data quality. Though process audits and KPI reporting, you will work with the relevant stakeholders to ensure the execution and delivery of process excellence.
** Your Responsibilities**:

- Ensure operational excellence through adherence to designed processes and process audits.
- Oversee + ensure the delivery of process improvement projects with the objective of productivity and/or quality enhancement with lean methodology.
- Ensure high levels of data quality via analysis, review and action planning together with the business unit
- Support process improvement, process re-engineering and support the implementation of changed processes to improve the quality and productivity of operational processes and systems.
- Support the analysis of operational procedures, assisting with documenting and producing solutions.
- Strive for productivity increases through automation and optimization of operational processes to ensure better quality and customer satisfaction in alignment with corporate strategy.

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- Your day begins by working closely with multiple parties across the business unit to identify and resolve challenges to fulfill the customer promise.
- By checking the processes, you are looking for opportunities for process improvements.
- Hold process audits with operations to understand internal customer pain points then move to process mapping sessions that ultimately lead to improvements in the user experience.
- After project kick off, your days will focus on the implementation of the To-Be processes, ensuring the projected targets are met. Adapt to hurdles faced during implementation, seeking solutions to overcome them.
- Find time to connect with other process excellence functions in the region, raise challenges and brainstorm solutions, identifying and implementing available tools to benefit your teams.
