- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of pet products and services
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information
- Must be comfortable with dogs of all sizes.
- Must be proficient in English spoken and written and be an excellent communicator.

**Responsibilities**:
- Greet customers and handle their purchases, bookings, check in/out
- Answer incoming calls and provide customer service, bookings etc. Relay messages
- Maintain a neat and organized reception and retail area.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Manage the flow of paperwork in the office.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Communicate and work with the team
- Cash handling, account reconcilation and other related duties
- **MUST BE FRIENDLY & CONFIDENT TOWARDS DOGS**
**Shift availability would be Tuesday-Friday 2pm-6pm or even 3-6pm Some Saturdays 2pm-5pm**
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: Hourly dependent upon experience.
