**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with filing and maintaining office documents in an orderly fashion.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks as needed.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar management for staff members.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in clerical or administrative roles will be advantageous.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in various situations.

Pay: $17.20-$22.23 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 42 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
