- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members

- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors

**Skills**:

- Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in typing and proofreading documents with a high level of accuracy
- Experience working in a medical or dental office setting
- Familiarity with phone systems and the ability to handle multiple lines
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist
- Proficient in Dentrix software or similar software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries or complaints

The receptionist will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional customer support.
