Equipment Coordinator/administration

**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Preparing, processing, and coordinating small and large equipment orders from receipt of order to install completion.
Generating part numbers, purchase orders, sales orders, and invoicing in our spire system.
Working with our vendors, along with the sales, warehouse, install and service teams.
Coordinating payments with sales and Management representatives
Requesting return authorizations and processing returns to vendors
Assist accounting with month end tasks
Perform other general administrative duties as may be assigned.
**QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**:
This position demands attention to detail, strong planning, organizational, and communication skills, along with being a quick learner, able to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience working with vendors, processing sales orders along with MS word, excel and outlook including calendaring experience is required.
Hours 8:30 - 5:00

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
