** P&H Milling**: P&H is the largest Canadian-owned milling company. The P&H Milling Group sources wheat from Western Canada, Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada to produce quality flour and cereal products. The lineup includes hard red spring wheat flour for breads and other bakery products, soft winter wheat flour for cakes and cookies, as well as semolina flour for pasta, organic flour, and atta flour for chappati. In our specialty milling operation in Saskatoon, we also mill pea fractions.

From its mills in Halifax, Nova Scotia; Acton, Hanover, Hamilton, and Cambridge, Ontario; Saskatoon, Saskatchewan; and Lethbridge, Alberta, the P&H Milling Group supplies flour to customers throughout Canada, the United States, the Caribbean, the Middle East, Iceland, and Pacific Rim countries.

**Day to Day**:

- Promptly and accurately invoicing customers with strong attention to detail.
- Answering customer inquiries regarding their invoices and using customers’ portals.
- Generating Service invoices and Credit notes from the ERP system (Macola).
- Liaise between Customers, Sales team, AR team, Quality Assurance team, Customer Service team, and teams at the mills about invoice discrepancies.
- Performing month-end procedures as requested by the Finance and Sales department.
- Working closely with Finance team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing cut-off.
- Running reports, as needed.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 1 - 2 years of Administrative and Customer Service experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Word
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bilingual French/English is a definite asset.
- Ability to work professionally and effectively with customers and colleagues in a fast-paced work environment.
