**Closing Date: February 9, 2024**:
Reporting to the Director of HRIS and Analytics, you will be responsible for the delivery and support of Teck’s HRIS Platforms including SAP SuccessFactors, VIP and Microsoft Employee Analytics Database. You will be working with multiple business stakeholders and will lead a team of HRIS Analysts, Coordinators and Consultants in ensuring the successful delivery of our services globally.

This is a long-term temporary position. The contract will be for 1 - 1.5 years.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures.

Delivery and Support
- Oversee the review and assignment of support requests and incidents, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to service level agreements.
- Lead the coordination of project intake, consulting with cross-functional stakeholders to establish prioritization, and managing the core HRIS roadmap. Reinforce HRIS governance processes and lead monthly HRIS Governance Meetings
- Collaborate with business SMEs across functional areas to ensure consistent and effective design and implementation of cross-functional solutions.
- Maintain compliance standards by thoroughly documenting requirements, conducting testing, and obtaining necessary approvals.
- Working with both internal and external auditors for SOX Compliance and user access review process twice a year
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and spearhead optimization efforts.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to functional People teams for the adoption of system enhancements and future capabilities.
- Prioritize work intake, manage team capacity, and compile support incident statistics, identifying patterns using PowerBI dashboards
- Oversee platform system refreshes and plan the deployment of bi-annual SuccessFactors releases, including conducting kick-off meetings and managing testing cycles
- Coordinate the resolution or escalation of incidents and work closely with the business to gather requirements and perform fit-gap analysis.
- Advise on platform solution design and architecture and communicate platform roadmap updates to the Senior HR team and other business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Global Process Module Owners in module design and escalations, managing relationships with global HR stakeholders.
- Manage relationship with global HR stakeholders

Vendor Management
- Manage and delegate work assignments to the Application Management Service (AMS) onshore and offshore team members.
- Attend weekly calls with the AMS Leads and escalate issues including SLA deviations.
- Ensure performance, availability, security, and reliability of all HRIS Platforms
- Create purchase requisitions and ensure purchase orders are available in a timely manner for vendor invoices and keeping track of annual report of YTD summary amounts.

General
- Manage platform risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Coach and develop team members through continuous performance reviews and feedback.
- Work with recruitment and talent team to recruit, hire, and onboard co-op students for 8 months terms in September every year to augment resources.

**Qualifications**:

- 10+ Years in HR Systems landscape support and sustainment from Implement to Run to Optimize.
- 4+ years SAP SuccessFactors multi-module experience.
- 4+ years of experience in managing a team of HRIS analysts, coordinators, and consultants.
- Senior level experience in managing internal and vendor budgets.
- Intermediate knowledge of Agile methodology and Scrum.
- Strong Communication and Project Management Skills.
- Must have a customer centric view with a focus on making the business successful in achieving their objectives.
- Previous experience working with global HRIS teams.
- Knowledge of Cloud Computing and Software as a Service.
- Advanced Analytical, Organizational and Problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel.
