**about this team**:
The People Experience Centre (PEC) provides an elevated and truly global service delivery experience. We support our people with information, transactional assistance and issue resolution in a caring, competent and convenient way using digital channels where possible and human channels where needed.
**a day in the life**:
- Is the point of escalation for the PEC Team to resolve complex issues.
- Leads select seasonal and/or always on programs for the PEC Team.
- Creates, facilitates and/or delivers training programs and sessions for the PEC Team.
- Acts as a P&C project/product community member to collaborate in the design and delivery of service for employee journeys.
- Optimizes P&C knowledge base content through our "always on" documentation process.
- Delivers on adhoc assignments such as testing, audits and projects.
**qualifications**:
- Post-secondary degree, in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 yrs experience working within a HR operations function, with a focus on service delivery.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Workday, Avature, Docebo an asset.
- Knowledge of service management best practices.
- A strong service ethos, together with an orientation to using data and insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Intermediate problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal,
- Experience creating and delivering training programs and sessions.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders within and outside of HR. 1
- Well-honed project management/coordination skills.
