**About us**

As a Client Service Account Manager at Sprint Digital, you will be at the forefront of our client relationships, responsible for providing exceptional service, managing accounts, and ensuring the successful execution of advertising campaigns. You will work closely with clients to understand their objectives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver customized solutions that exceed expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and understanding their needs and goals.
- Account Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of client accounts, ensuring that campaigns are executed flawlessly and on schedule.
- Strategic Planning: Develop strategic advertising and marketing plans tailored to each client's unique objectives and target audience.
- Campaign Execution: Coordinate with creative, media, and production teams to ensure the successful execution of advertising campaigns, from concept to delivery.
- Budget Management: Monitor and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effectiveness.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data and provide clients with regular reports and insights, making recommendations for optimization.
- Problem Solving: Address client concerns and challenges proactively, seeking creative solutions to meet their needs.
- Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to provide clients with the latest insights and opportunities.
- TikTok Strategy Development:

- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify trending topics, challenges, and opportunities on TikTok.
- Develop comprehensive and data-driven TikTok marketing strategies tailored to clients' unique needs and target audience.
- Content Creation and Curation:

- Conceptualize and create engaging, viral-worthy TikTok content that aligns with clients' brand voice and objectives.
- Curate user-generated content (UGC) and collaborate with influencers to maximize reach and engagement.

TikTok Centric

Account Management:

- Act as the main point of contact for TikTok clients, ensuring excellent communication and providing timely updates on campaign progress.
- Manage multiple TikTok accounts simultaneously, overseeing content scheduling, posting, and performance monitoring.

Performance Analysis:

- Monitor the performance of TikTok campaigns, tracking key metrics such as views, likes, shares, and follower growth. Analyze data and insights to optimize content and strategies for better results.

Trend and Platform Awareness:
Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, algorithm changes, and new features to leverage the latest opportunities for our clients' benefit.

Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including the creative department and social media managers, to ensure cohesive campaigns across all platforms.

Client Reporting:
Prepare regular performance reports, showcasing the effectiveness of TikTok campaigns and providing actionable recommendations.

Industry Research: Continuously research and benchmark competitor activities and best practices on TikTok to maintain a competitive edge

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: $16.50-$17.00 per hour
