Account Manager-outside Sales

Established in 2007, Quartz Co is a leader in the Ontario stone installation and fabrication industry for both residential and commercial properties. With a continued focus on service and customer relationships Quartz Co is growing rapidly and looking for an Account Manager to work with Kitchen and Bath stores and grow our brand in the Toronto to Belleville area.

**Account Manager**
Position will report directly to the Sales Director and responsibilities will include:
- Requirement of 5 days on the road, 4-5 visits a day
- Build strong and key relationships, with Kitchen Designers, Managers, and Owners of Kitchen and Bath stores
- Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products based on requirements as well as new launches
- Product Knowledge training with Kitchen Designers on an ongoing basis
- Train Designers on the Quartz Co process and identify any issues as identified for immediate resolution
- Change out Countertop displays, ensuring that all colors offered have readily available samples
- Lead and expedite positive closure for customer with Quartz Co office with regards to Service issues, Claims, etc.
- Track all sales activities and keep current by updating account information via Sales calls on Moraware (sales management software specific to stone industry)
- Provide weekly report to the Sales Director, monthly sales meeting and monthly sales call day with the Sales Director also in attendance to ensure internal partnership in customer satisfaction and retention
- Maintain a well-developed and up to date Accounts on Moraware of customer contacts, pricing
- Meet and/or exceed quarterly and yearly revenue growth quotas
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales efforts
Qualifications for Account Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or related field
- 2-4 years of sales experience
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
