**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency with computers and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast paced office environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Detail oriented and able to work quickly and efficiently.
- Provide effective and efficient administrative support.
- Excellent in verbal and written communication skills.
- Be a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.
- Prior administrative and construction industry experience an asset.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Greet and assist visitors.
- check ll the entries
- Audit Insurance companies payment
- Create monthly financial report
- Open and distribute incoming mail.
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Address, stamp and send out mail
- Collect and organize receipts
- Entry in Quickbooks as required.
- Handle office tasks such as filing, typing, scanning, etc.
- Assist fellow employees in all work relating to managing projects efficiently.
- Maintain the overall flow of workplace operations.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.

**Salary**: $14.00-$18.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Winnipeg, MB R2W 4J6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
