**Finance - Bookkeeper**

Reporting to the CEO, Vice President, Finance Manager and GM at Western Marble & Tile Ltd. the Finance clerk/bookkeeper will assist in the areas of Accounting related duties including processing financial statements, managing ARs and APs, collecting on ARs, month-end and year-end reconciliations, reporting and preparing taxes, data entry, filing, reconciling petty cash, bank deposits, processing staff reimbursements and/or travel claims, reconcile vendor accounts, maintain accounting records and files, etc.

Office hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

- Mathematical and analytical skills to develop and interpret financial records.
- Ability to perform time management skills (schedules, timelines, task prioritization).

- Highly proficient PC skills including a proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Extensive knowledge of computerized accounting systems.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

Must be a motivated individual who has the ability to work independently, strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25-37.5 per week

**Salary**: $39,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
