- Post-Secondary diploma or certification in Applied Accounting, Business Administration.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years experience working in a related field.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, QuickBooks and SharePoint.

**Summary of Position**:
As a Bookkeeper, your role requires you to work as part of a dynamic team, working with the Finance & Administration Team as HUB grows.

This position will be full-time in the HUB office. HUB’s business operating hours are from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

**Primary Accountabilities**:

- Use QuickBooks for the following functions:

- Accountant receivable deposits and collections
- Reporting both standard and custom
- Use of our Professional Services Automation (PSA), ConnectWise, for the following functions:

- Customer invoicing
- Agreement creation and management
- Inventory control
- Reporting both standard and custom.
- Reconciliation for products invoiced from vendors to products sold to Clients.
- Knowledge of budget procedures and internal control.
- Accurate entry of all time and daily work performed in HUB’s Professional Service Automation software, ConnectWise.
- Careful handling of confidential documents.
- Efficient communication skills to keep managers well aware of work status, progress, and project completion.

**Secondary Accountabilities**:

- Answer telephone calls and forward them to the correct person or department.
- Covering the roles of other Administration Team members when necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-Secondary diploma or certification in Applied Accounting, Business Administration.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years experience working in a related field.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Excellent communication in both verbal and written form.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, QuickBooks and SharePoint.
- Excellent organization skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task
