**Responsabilités**:

- Fournir un support technique à distance aux clients, en répondant à leurs besoins techniques et SaaS.
- Diagnostiquer et réparer les problèmes techniques liés aux ordinateurs portables, aux appareils mobiles, aux tablettes, aux appareils réseau et au matériel de point de vente.
- Installez et réparez les outils Microsoft et Google Workspace et effectuez des tâches d'administration de niveau 1.
- Servir comme le point de contact principal pour les clients, offrant des conseils et résolvant les problèmes liés à l'installation du logiciel sous licence, les FAQ de base, les "Comment faire" et les demandes de dépannage courantes.
- Effectuez la suppression des logiciels malveillants, y compris l'analyse et la suppression des virus, des logiciels espions et d'autres programmes malveillants des appareils clients.
- Installez et mettez à jour les logiciels antivirus, anti-logiciels espions, bloqueurs de fenêtres contextuelles et pare-feu sur les appareils clients.
- Restez à jour avec les dernières tendances technologiques et les mises à jour logicielles pour fournir le support le plus pertinent et le plus efficace.

**Aide et support technologique**:

- Fournissez une assistance à distance pour les ordinateurs de bureau, les ordinateurs portables, les tablettes, les appareils mobiles, les appareils réseau, le matériel de point de vente basé sur le cloud et d'autres périphériques.
- Effectuez des diagnostics, des réparations et des conseils pour les problèmes matériels et logiciels.
- Offrir des recommandations de mise à niveau et des conseils pour la maintenance et l'optimisation des appareils.

**Suppression des logiciels malveillants**:

- Effectuez des analyses complètes des appareils clients pour détecter et supprimer les virus, les logiciels espions et autres programmes malveillants.
- Installez et mettez à jour le logiciel de sécurité pour améliorer la protection de l'appareil.
- Assurez-vous que les appareils clients sont à jour avec les derniers correctifs de sécurité.

**Exigences**:

- Expérience en tant qu'agent d'assistance technique ou dans un rôle de support technique similaire.
- Familiarité avec les appareils tels que les ordinateurs portables, les appareils mobiles, les tablettes et les matériels réseau.
- Compétence dans le diagnostic et la résolution des problèmes techniques liés à divers systèmes d'exploitation (par exemple, Windows, Mac) et navigateurs (par exemple, Chrome, Safari).
- Excellentes compétences en communication en français et en anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, avec la capacité d'expliquer des concepts techniques à des utilisateurs non techniques.
- Esprit orienté vers le client avec une passion pour la prestation d'un service exceptionnel.
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et collaborative dans un environnement en évolution rapide.
- Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes et en pensée critique.
- Flexibilité pour travailler dans un environnement d'assistance 24h/24 et 7j/7.
- La certification MS est un plus
- 2 à 3 ans d'expérience de niveau débutant en support technique L1**:

- Bilingue - Français/Anglais. B2+ OR C1, ORAL AND WRITTEN**_

Pay: $16.00 per hour
