Link Product Solutions Limited is a leading supplier of seasonal and stationery products to independent and major retailers worldwide. Currently, we are recruiting an experienced Inside Sales Representative with a proven track record in telephone sales, business development and marketing to independent/major retailers in Canada, United States, South America & the Caribbean.

**Regular Office Days/Hours**: Monday - Friday - 9.00 am
- 5.00 pm - 1 hr. lunch

**Responsibilities**:

- Inside Sales and Business Development for Canada, U.S, South America & the Caribbean
- Inside telephone sales - daily cold calling (50+ calls); consistently developing and increasing sales/customer base in all assigned regions
- Create new leads in all four markets using various resources including trade show leads, call prospecting, web based database
- Qualify all leads for potential business opportunities through telephone sales
- Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers
- Extract new leads and marketing data, create reports, data analysis
- Update database, price lists, preparation and distribution of daily electronic reports
- Preparation of marketing material and keeping updated on existing and new product lines
- Preparation of quotes for potential and existing customers
- Maintaining major accounts for all assigned regions
- Travel - attending domestic/international trade shows 2-3 times per year including assisting with the set-up of booth

**Qualifications**:

- Two (2)+ years strong sales and business development experience - dealing with major retailers.
- Valid Canadian driver’s license and vehicle are required
- Valid passport
- Advanced level proficiency in Excel, Microsoft outlook, PowerPoint, Word
- Advanced sales, interpersonal and negotiation skills; ability to build relationships with customers
- English - excellent oral and written skills
- Innovative, analytical and strategic problem solver; ability to gather details and analyze for decision making to resolve problems in a timely matter with a focus on a high level of customer service and recognition of business objectives
- Time management and organizational skills to manage priorities and workflow
- Flexible to work some evenings & weekends at trade shows - 2 times annually
- Assist in the set-up of trade show booths

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $49,600.00-$53,000.00 per year
