**Job Opportunity**:
Marketing Impact is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to lead our developing Inside Sales Team. As the Inside Sales Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our inside sales efforts and ensuring the success of our sales team.

**Job Summary**:
The Inside Sales Supervisor plays a leadership role within the point of sale and merchandising manufacturing company, overseeing a team of Inside Sales Representatives responsible for generating inside selling activity. This position involves maintaining current relationships within accounts, developing new business opportunities, and increasing market share through effective sales strategies and team management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise a team of Inside Sales Representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to drive performance and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to generate inside selling activity and meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Maintain current relationships within existing accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for key customers and strategic partners.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products, services, or solutions to existing accounts, maximizing revenue potential.
- Develop and nurture relationships with new and prospective customers, identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Monitor sales metrics, Zoom Info and performance indicators, such as call volume, conversion rates, and revenue generation, and provide regular performance feedback to the team.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews with Inside Sales Representatives to assess performance, set goals, and provide ongoing training and development.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for management review, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field required
- Proven experience in inside sales, sales management, or business development, with a track record of success in driving revenue growth and managing sales teams.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and inspire a team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and influence key stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
- Customer-focused mindset, with a dedication to providing exceptional service and building long-term relationships with customers.
- Knowledge of the point of sale and merchandising industry, including understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

**Salary**: $45,930.34-$60,000.00 per year
