De notre côté, chez AGENA3000, nous recherchons un **Sales Development Representative -SDR (H/F) en CDI **pour renforcer notre **filiale au Canada à Montréal,** et contribuer au développement de notre Groupe.

**Vos missions**:
Sous la Direction Générale du Canada, vous contribuerez au développement commercial - vos missions seront les suivantes:
- Vous planifiez les rendez-vous pour l'équipe de vente ;
- Vous créez des campagnes de prospection et utilisez le CRM pour suivre les contacts ;
- Vous échangez avec les prospects pour comprendre leurs besoins et qualifier leur intérêt ;
- Vous transférez les leads qualifiés à l'équipe de vente ;
- Vous tenez à jour le CRM et générez des rapports sur vos activités ;
- Vous communiquez avec l'équipe pour assurer le bon suivi des opportunités.
**Votre profil**:
De formation supérieur dans le domaine du commerce, vous avez idéalement une première expérience en prospection, relation client ou dans la vente de solutions SaaS, Data Management ou de logiciel métier. Vous maîtrisez les techniques de prospection et les outils CRM. Vous êtes capable de qualifier les leads et de comprendre les besoins des prospects, vous savez poser des questions pertinentes pour transformer les opportunités commerciales.
Autonome, organisé, proactif et doté d’excellentes qualités relationnelles, vous faites preuve d’écoute, d'adaptabilité et avez le sens de la persuasion.
Une bonne maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit, est indispensable.
