**Who we need**

Our team in Courtney needs a Client Coordinator to join them onsite at their storefront in Comox Valley. This is an opportunity for someone who has worked in customer service or a call centre, has an understanding of office administration, and prioritizes an exceptional client experience.

You are a multi-tasker in the truest sense, who thrives on juggling projects, demands, and timelines
- and doesn’t get overwhelmed doing so. You have a couple of years of customer-facing experience, and you want an opportunity to channel your passion for outstanding service into a role where you can make a tangible impact on our community. You want to help our clients live their most vibrant lives.

**What you will do**

**_ Provide a Motion customer experience._** Our Client Care Coordinators are the front line to our company and critical players in realizing our objective to make life accessible. You will:

- Welcome, engage with, and meet the needs of our guests.- Provide retail sales customer service to the clientele instore- Work closely with busy service technicians and sales consultants to oversee the client order administration.-
- Update all of our databases (client, rental, inventory, etc.) using our Navision software.- Schedule and coordinate the Service Technicians’ work using Jobber software.- Follow up with clients to confirm all paperwork, such as rental agreements, quotes, and client registration is complete and accurate.
- Coordinate the pickup and delivery of all rental or custom equipment for our clients as well as any other administrative assigned tasks.

**You have**:

- The client service experience. You have worked with customers in-person or on-the-phone, responding to inquiries, scheduling activities, navigating issues, and providing a high level of attention and care. You can coordinate competing demands and prioritize tasks without losing track of the details. You are comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and can learn new software.
- Additional requirements. You have a clean criminal background check and are bondable.
