**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Product display and maintenance of inventory.
- Assist the front desk
- Attend training
- Handle post-clinic tasks, such as faxing medical referrals, tracking attendance, scheduling follow-ups, and booking ultrasound labs as needed.
- Maintain and regularly update patient demographics within the EMR (Electronic Medical Record) system.
- Assist in coordinating in-office procedures, including booking, payment processing, and sending reminders to patients.
- Support the scheduling, organization, and booking of patients for preoperative, postoperative, and surgical appointments.
- Assist in follow-up appointment bookings and chart preparation as required.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to administrative personnel, management, physicians, and the clinical team.
- Handle billing for out-of-pocket payments and private billing.
- Perform any other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the healthcare facility and the well-being of patients.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is preferred
- Proficiency with medical software such as Accuro or Arya is a plus
- Strong administrative skills including knowledge of phone systems and front desk operations
- Sales experience in medical or dental

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
