**Job Summary**
We are a leading Canadian manufacturer of FDA-cleared medical aesthetic lasers with 17 high-demand devices in our portfolio. We are seeking experienced outside sales professionals with a proven track record in pharmaceutical or capital medical device sales to expand our client base. The role involves setting up meetings from our company office with potential customers or leads, participating in trade shows and exhibitions, and traveling to the U.S. to meet key decision-makers when required.

**Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new sales leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Proactively identify, contact, and set up meetings with potential customers and leads.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive revenue growth.
- Understand and present the company’s range of medical aesthetic lasers and their competitive advantages to prospective clients.
- Participate in company booths at relevant trade shows and exhibitions to generate leads and showcase the product line.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through strategic planning and follow-ups.
- Travel to the U.S. to meet with key decision-makers and finalize sales, as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the company management.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on progress toward sales goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting products and increasing brand awareness in the market.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the company and generate leads.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience for clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements to effectively position our products.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in outside sales or business development, preferably within the technology sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and identify opportunities for growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate with team members.
- Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.
- Ability to work independently while being a proactive member of a team focused on achieving collective goals.
- A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service at all times.
- Knowledge of technical sales processes and strategies is highly desirable.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
