If you are organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at supporting a team behind the scenes, we can wait to meet you Country Hills Ford is looking for a **Finance Coordinator** to work closely with our Finance Managers, assisting with essential paperwork and administrative tasks in our finance department. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth, accurate documentation and timely processing, without direct customer interaction. **Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist Finance Managers with various administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations within the finance department.
- Prepare, review, and process necessary finance paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all documentation is organized, complete, and stored correctly to comply with dealership and regulatory requirements.
- Work under time constraints to complete paperwork and tasks promptly, ensuring smooth transitions for vehicle deliveries and other transactions.
- Communicate effectively with the finance and sales teams, providing support to meet department objectives.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive financial and customer information.
- Regularly update records, ensuring all paperwork and electronic files are current and accessible.
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritize based on deadlines and departmental needs.
- Coordinating finance leads and calling applicants to set up appointments
- Tracking leads’ sources, dates they are received and inputting all notes on customers files
- Inputting customers info into CRM system
- Confirming appointments and making sure customers have the necessary documentation for their credit consultation
- Follow up with missed appointments and rescheduling
- Working with Finance Managers to ensure customers have taken deliveries of their vehicles successfully and all conditions have been met
- Getting familiarized with vehicle files and what is required to be included in each file.
