**Position Title**: Manager, International Partnerships and Mobility

**Status**: FT Admin Contract (12 months)

**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week

**Faculty/Department**: Faculty of Health Sciences & Wellness

**Campus/Location**: North Campus

**Salary**: $84,800 (annually)

**What you will do**:
Under the general direction of the Associate Dean, the Manager, International Partnerships and Mobility is accountable for all facets of the Faculty of Health Sciences & Wellness International Programming, including faculty-led trips and as all study abroad and global WIL activities. The Manager is accountable for the ongoing development of new global opportunities, student advising, curriculum development, marketing, planning special events, and programming. The Manager, International Partnerships and Mobility will also plan and manage a variety of special projects undertaken by the Faculty of Health Sciences & Wellness.

Key Duties Include:

- Working directly with faculty at both Humber and our global partners, along with Humber students who study and/or complete WIL activities overseas, and students from our global partners who study at Humber;
- Working with the International Centre’s Study Abroad Office to manage learning agreements and ensure that student’s learning objectives are being met; Helps select students to participate in study abroad opportunities and ensuring that they participate in appropriate pre-departure training;
- Working with the International Office to identify prospective areas and potential partner institutions to grow the study abroad and faculty led-trips programs within the Faculty of Health Sciences & Wellness;
- Implementing new Study Abroad opportunities for students;
- Supporting students from our global partners upon their arrival and throughout their time at Humber;
- Managing faculty exchange for both outbound Humber instructors and inbound faculty from our partner institutions.

**What you bring to the role**:
**Education**
- Bachelors degree preferably in Adult Education, Curriculum Development, Student Affairs, Counselling, Marketing, Project Management, etc.

**Experience and Skills**
- 5 years management experience in an educational/student service setting having responsibility for supervising staff, developing and administering programs, training, and ensuring compliance with policy and procedures with regard to student initiatives, due diligence, health and safety, partnership relations and funding.
- Excellent writing and analytical skills are required;
- Outstanding cross-cultural skills and judgment are integral to the role;
- Intermediate level computer skills;
- Experience working with second language learners.
