**Salary Range**: Adm 5: $82,728 - $124,092

**What you will do**:
Reporting to the Associate Dean, Continuous Professional Learning, the Manager, Global Initiatives, Partnerships, and Programs is responsible for leadership and oversight of the Faculty of Liberal Arts and Sciences’ internationalization goals and objectives, including all inbound and outbound study abroad and global learning activities for students and faculty. The incumbent provides academic, technical, and administrative leadership, supervision and direction to faculty, support staff, students, and clients within the Faculty’s international programming abroad and international programming delivered domestically. They are the Faculty’s liaison with our international partners and are responsible for establishing strong international initiatives and partnerships for the Faculty working collaboratively with Humber’s International Centre, Continuous Professional Learning, and other members of the Humber community. Also critical to this role is the development of collaborative online international learning opportunities for students in the Faculty’s post-secondary program areas and for students taking the communications, mathematics, general education, and breadth elective courses the Faculty delivers across the institution.

Key Duties include the following:

- Developing and maintaining a business plan for international activities in FLAS, aligned with the Faculty’s operational plan, Humber’s internationalization strategy, and Humber’s strategic, academic, and digital campus plans.
- Planning and managing all facets of international partnership development, including working directly with administrative staff and senior officers at potential/existing partner institutions
- Supporting global learning and engagement opportunities for students by marketing and recruiting, developing and managing budgets, paying vendors, coordinating travel logistics, and assisting with related cross-border documentation as relevant
- Analyzing enrolment and participation data to make recommendations on programming initiatives or modifications
- Recruiting, selecting, overseeing, developing, motivating, evaluating, and training of faculty and staff for international programs abroad
- Providing academic leadership in curriculum development and quality assurance by working closely with faculty to develop/review course outlines and adopt learning outcomes, assessments, and support materials appropriate to the teaching context of the international programming
- Acting as the primary liaison with all internal and external stakeholders of international programs abroad, which includes developing agreements in partnership with other institutions, Humber’s International Centre, and Humber’s Office of the Chief Legal, Risk and Privacy Officer
- Participating as an active member of the FLAS leadership team

The incumbent will have a minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience within a post-secondary setting, centered on internationalization initiatives. This experience must include demonstrated capacity to develop and maintain global partnerships and programming. In addition, it must include experience overseeing international programming both domestically and abroad. Experience working within a college or polytechnic setting would be considered an asset.

The incumbent must also demonstrate the following:

- Thorough knowledge of the Ontario Public Colleges’ Standards of Practice for International Education
- Expertise in program management, including human resources, fiscal management, and program planning and assessment
