Inside Sales Representative

**Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by connecting with our customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. If you have a passion for sales and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you
**Duties**
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Utilize sales techniques to negotiate and close deals
- Process orders and manage the sales pipeline using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
- Communicate effectively in English
**Skills**
- College diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in telemarketing and sales negotiations
- Experience in technical sales is a plus
- Proficient in sales strategies and techniques
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin is a bonus
Pay: $33,100.00-$67,670.05 per year
Additional pay:

**Education**:
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
