Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth by building strong relationships with potential customers and effectively communicating the value of our products and services.
**Duties**:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products and services
- Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects
- Present product information and benefits to potential customers
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track customer interactions and update sales records
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in fastener sales
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong telemarketing skills with the ability to engage customers over the phone
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and close sales deals
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on providing solutions to customer needs
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify new opportunities
Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
