Inside Sales Representative

The **Inside Sales Representative** will report directly to the President. This role specializes in providing full service account coverage and development of new business. Success will require a strong sales acumen in account management, sales and sales planning_. _Over the past 30 years, STM Display Sales Inc. has established itself as the one stop shop for supporting every retail industry from grocery, pharma, convenience and gas bars. We continue to see success and growth in the variety of markets that we service, while adding new product lines. We take pride in not only growing business but helping our customers grown their businesses as well We continue to reinvest in our equipment and our people as we know this is the key to our success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Primary point of contact for new customers and manage all aspects of the sales cycle
- Strengthening and growing relationships with current customers
- Establishing relationships with new customers
- Quoting and confirming stock
- Creation of sales orders including delivering a timeline to customers
- Handling customer service issues and creating solutions that suit the customer
- Growing under achieving, dormant and new customers
- Supporting trade shows within greater Toronto area
**Key Competencies Required**:
- A minimum of 2-3 years related B2B sales experience as inside or customer service sales representative in retail, merchandising display industry
- Fluent in English with Good business communication skills, written & verbal
- Passionate about sales
- Post-Secondary education Business-related field
- Excellent organizational skills: ability to work under pressure, prioritize and manage time efficiently
- High Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)
- Strong ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate data with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient using CRM Tools to help capture and achieve business results
**Licence/Certification**:
- G Licence
- Vehicle access for sales calls
**Physical Requirements**
- Occasionally walk and stand; frequently sit
**Work Environment**
- Predominately office of mínimal noise level
- High noise levels and moving machinery when occasionally visiting Production department
**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent
**Work Expectations**: 40 hours per week in-person, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm
