With our always-in-stock inventory of modular components, we are able to make thousands of different chairs and we even modify specific components as required. This means that all employees can be sitting on seating with a streamlined aesthetic, with custom modifications to meet the needs of each individual.

ABOUT THE POSITION

ergoCentric is currently seeking an experienced, career-minded Inside Sales Representative. We require a positive, team oriented Inside Sales Representative to set and meet sales goals and to consistently deliver results in accordance with the high standards of the company's defined goals.

The qualified individual will ensure customer’s needs are met by providing customers with product and service information, resolving product and customer service problems and supporting and assisting the Territory Sales Managers. Integrity, vision and passion are essential for this role. As an ergoCentric Inc. Inside Sales Representative, his/her role will exemplify our brand image as an ambassador, and will provide positive brand experiences to all customers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a specific sales territory and interact with the company’s own Territory Sales Managers, Dealers, end users and ergonomists and other seating specialists within the territory.
- Check all orders that are processed within assigned territory and validate orders within 4 hours of receiving them from order entry.
- Assist order entry with order pricing, work with the territory sales managers and customers to clarify purchase orders when there are discrepancies.
- Assist with order entry as needed.
- Report customer complaints to the quality team. Assist the service specialist in resolving customer warranty issues.
- Follow up on any alterations to original orders that are subsequently made by the customer.
- Continuously promote and upsell our products to our dealers, end users and the ergonomic community.
- Obtain a full knowledge and understanding of all of the Company’s products.
- Provide product recommendations based upon ergonomic assessments, when needed.
- Collaborate with the Territory Mangers and dealers to grow sales within the territory, which will include outbound sales calls.
- Provide product training for dealers and end users on the Company’s products, when necessary.
- Prepare quotations for Territory Managers, as needed. Quotes are to be sent within 24 hours after product has been specified.
- Co-ordinate with the logistics team and production to ensure orders are shipped on time and meet requested delivery dates. Provide tracking information upon request.
- Issue Return Authorization as required. Complete form with Return Authorization number and provide to the receiving clerk. Credits due to RMA’s must be done within 48 hours.
- Prepare credit for invoice only orders and process the orders as needed.
- Receive freight quotes from shipping and provide information to customers. The expectation is that freight quotes are provided within 24 hours.
- Follow the company ISO9001 procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent. Post-secondary education an asset
- A minimum of 5 years related sales or customer service experience.
- Ability to learn quickly and understand product knowledge.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport is essential.
- Attention to detail, possessing a sales aptitude and interested in helping the customer and problem solving.
- Ability to multi-task efficiently.
- Demonstrated excellence in organizational and time management skills.
- Good analytical skills.
- Must be computer literate and up to date on technology.
- A good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Syspro.
- Able to stay calm under pressure.
- Knowledge of SYSPRO an asset.
