Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as an Inside Sales Representative at OMLAND HOSPITALITY a thriving small business committed to delivering exceptional product/services to Hotels & Institutions. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be crucial in driving revenue growth by proactively reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process. If you are a self-motivated, results-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for exceeding targets, we want you on our team
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing them to our [product/service] offerings and generating leads.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competition to effectively position our offerings.
- Use of Excel to track and manage sales activities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide pre-sales support to address queries and concerns.
- Work closely with marketing to execute targeted campaigns and promotions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in Excel, Gsuite, Live Chat, and must be familiar with sales processes.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Enthusiastic and resilient attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
**Salary**: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
