Our 35,000-square-foot warehouse stocks over 100,000 products, including MCC wrapper/buckets, panel switches, circuit breakers, bus plugs, distribution panel boards, and so much more. We stock products of all amperages and voltages to serve residential, commercial and industrial needs.

The Position:
Job Duties
- Arrange, schedule and confirm appointments and meetings, including virtual meeting such as zoom
- Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, reports and related material
- Receive, sort and schedule any incoming or outgoing mail, deliveries and couriers
- Provide general administrative and clerical support (e.g., organize and maintain electronic and hard copy files, enter data in systems, scan documents, etc.)
- Coordinate and book travel
- Arrange travel schedules, reservations, and create travel itineraries
- Plan budget friendly office events
- Complete projects as assigned by President.
- Perform other related administrative duties as assigned
- Work in a fast-paced environment

Education and Experience
- Secondary or Post-secondary Certificate or Diploma in Administration, Business or Customer Service-related study
- 2-4 years of experience in related role in a small company environment, preferably in similar industry
- Experience and knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Knowledge and demonstrated success in customer service principles and practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional personal presentation and demeanor
- Excellent organizational ability with attention to detail; takes initiative and is reliable
- Ability to multi-task with strong time management skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure
